Cinnamon Roll Banana Bread combines the delightful flavors of cinnamon and ripe bananas into a moist loaf that is incredibly easy to prepare. Perfect for breakfast or dessert!

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3-4 medium bananas or 2 large bananas
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5 inch bread pan with parchment paper or baking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add the eggs, bananas, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just incorporated.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and ground cinnamon for the swirl.
- Pour half of the banana batter into the prepared pan, then sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture over it. Add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Use a knife to gently swirl the batter and cinnamon mix together.
- Bake for 75 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before serving.
Notes
For best results, use very ripe bananas for maximum sweetness and moisture.
This bread freezes well; wrap it tightly and store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
You can add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor and texture.
