These Easter Bunny M&M Cookies are a celebration of flavor and fun! With a soft texture and colorful M&M’s, they’re an easy homemade treat that’s perfect for any occasion.

- 1 cup salted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups m&m's
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add the eggs to the mixture and beat well until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and baking powder together.
- Gradually pour the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and stir until a dough forms.
- Gently fold in 1 cup of M&M's until evenly distributed in the dough.
- Scoop out 1 1/2 tablespoons of dough and place on the prepared cookie sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake the cookies for 10 minutes at 375 degrees, or until lightly golden.
- After removing from the oven, press the remaining M&M's into the cookies in the shape of Easter bunnies.
Notes
For a chewier cookie, do not overbake; keep them slightly soft in the center.
Feel free to mix different types of M&M’s for a colorful variety.
These cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
