Scale
  • 36 golden oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter-melted
  • 4 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 1/4 cups powdered sugar (divided)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 24 oz. cream cheese-room temperature
  • 3 oz. lemon jello
  • 3 oz. berry blue jello
  • 1 cup boiling water (divided)
  • 1 tablespoon clear gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 1/4 cup frozen blueberries-thawed
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries (optional)
  • yellow, blue, and purple food coloring-optional

Instructions

  1. Crush the golden Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish and refrigerate.
  3. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until peaks form.
  4. In another bowl, mix 1 cup of powdered sugar with the room temperature cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract and remaining powdered sugar.
  6. Prepare the jello by dissolving lemon jello in boiling water, then mix with clear gelatin powder and cold water.
  7. Layer the lemon mixture over the cream cheese layer, then add frozen blueberries.
  8. Create a berry blue layer using berry blue jello followed by fresh blueberries, if desired.
  9. Repeat the layering process, coloring with food coloring if desired, and refrigerate for several hours to set.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
You can customize the color of the jello layers with food coloring for a festive look.
