Description

This Grape Salad is a delightful mix of sweet green and red grapes combined with a creamy dressing. It’s simple to prepare and ideal for a refreshing side dish or quick snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs green grapes
  • 2 lbs red grapes
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth.
  2. Mix in the sugar and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Fold in both the green and red grapes, tossing gently to coat them evenly with the cream mixture.
  4. Before serving, sprinkle the top with brown sugar and chopped pecans.

Notes

For added crunch, consider using walnuts instead of pecans.
You can chill the salad for an hour before serving to enhance the flavors.
This salad is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
