Grillo’s Pickle Dip is a delightful blend of cream cheese, sour cream, and tangy dill pickles, topped with crispy bacon and shredded cheddar. It’s an easy, crowd-pleasing dish that’s perfect for parties or a quick snack!

- 8 ounces whipped cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 (1-ounce) packet ranch seasoning mix or 2 tablespoons homemade ranch seasoning
- 1 tablespoon dried dill
- 1 (32-ounce) container grillo’s classic dill pickle spears diced
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice
- 8 slices bacon cooked until crisp and crumbled
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 jalapeño seeded and diced (optional)
- ¼ cup finely sliced green onion (optional)
- a few dashes of your favorite hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, sour cream, Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning mix, and dill.
- Add the diced pickles, pickle juice, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, jalapeño, green onion, and hot sauce.
- Stir the mixture until well combined.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve with tortilla chips, Fritos Scoops, crackers, pretzels, or fresh veggies.
Notes
For extra flavor, adjust the amount of jalapeño and hot sauce to your taste.
This dip can also be served as a topping on burgers or hot dogs.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
