- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- 4 tsp milk
- 550 grams chocolate for batter
- 50 grams additional chocolate chips
Instructions
- Beat the softened butter and both sugars until creamy.
- Incorporate the eggs and vanilla into the mixture until well combined.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients along with the milk, followed by the chocolate pieces.
- Scoop the dough into 4-ounce rounds, creating texture by poking the dough (no chilling needed).
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 12-13 minutes, adding extra chocolate chips on top before finishing. Allow cooling on sheets.
Notes
For best results, use a mix of milk and dark chocolate chips.
