Instructions
- Lay a large piece of parchment paper on the counter.
- Measure out the oats, peanut butter, and vanilla; set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and butter over medium heat.
- Stir and cook until the mixture comes to a boil; boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in peanut butter and vanilla until melted.
- Stir in the oats until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture onto the parchment paper to form cookies.
- Allow to sit until hardened.
