- 4 cups cold water
- 3 cups pineapple juice
- 1 ½ cups (300 g) granulated sugar
- 2 cups club soda, optional
- Ice, for serving
- Lemon slices

- Fresh mint sprigs
Instructions
- In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the lemon juice and cold water.
- Stir in the pineapple juice until well mixed.
- Add the granulated sugar and stir well until completely dissolved.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
- Just before serving, stir in the club soda (if using) for light bubbles. This step is optional but adds a refreshing texture.
- Fill glasses with ice, pour the punch over the top, and garnish with lemon slices, pineapple chunks, and a sprig of fresh mint if desired.
Notes
For an extra fruity touch, consider adding more pineapple chunks to each glass.
