Description

These Semi-Homemade Cadbury Egg Cookies offer a delectable twist on traditional cookies, featuring rich chocolate chips and crunchy mini Cadbury eggs. They’re simple to whip up and guaranteed to impress at any gathering!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (16 oz) package store bought chocolate chip cookie dough
  • cadbury mini chocolate eggs
  • bunny shaped chocolate candy


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to package instructions and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place a handful of Cadbury mini chocolate eggs in a sealed Ziplock bag and crush them using a rolling pin. Transfer the crushed pieces to a paper plate.
  3. Roll the top and sides of cookie dough balls in the crushed Cadbury eggs until well-coated.
  4. Set the coated cookie dough balls onto the prepared baking pan.
  5. Bake following the time suggested on the cookie dough package.
  6. If desired, place a bunny shaped chocolate candy in the center of the cookie immediately after removing it from the oven.
  7. Allow the cookies to cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire cooling rack.

Notes

Store any leftover cookies in an airtight container for up to a week.
Experiment with different types of chocolate candies for a unique flavor twist.
