Description

Shamrock Shake Lasagna is an irresistible dessert combining creamy layers of mint-infused cheesecake with a crunchy Oreo crust, making it a wonderful treat for gatherings or a cozy night in.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 36 oreos, crushed
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) tubs cool whip, thawed
  • 3 cups milk
  • 3 (3.4 oz) boxes cheesecake instant pudding mix
  • 1 tsp mint extract
  • green gel food coloring


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and spray a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Using a food processor, pulse the Oreos until finely crushed.
  3. Drizzle in the melted butter and pulse until combined, stirring if necessary.
  4. Evenly spread the Oreo mixture in the bottom of the pan and press down firmly.
  5. Bake for 8 minutes and let it cool.
  6. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 tub of thawed Cool Whip. Beat until well mixed.
  7. Spread this mixture over the cooled Oreo crust.
  8. In a separate bowl, combine the milk with the cheesecake instant pudding mix. Then stir in another tub of thawed Cool Whip and the mint extract. Add drops of green food coloring until the desired color is achieved.
  9. Spread this creamy mixture over the cream cheese layer evenly.
  10. Optionally, top with crushed Oreos.

Notes

Ensure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
Feel free to adjust the amount of green food coloring for desired hue.
Let the lasagna chill for better flavor integration before serving.
