Description

Turkey pinwheels bring together the creamy goodness of cheese, the crunch of bacon, and the freshness of spinach, making them a must-try for quick dinners or snacks. Perfect for gatherings!


Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup diced roasted red pepper, patted dry
  • 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon
  • 2/3 cup shredded cheese (colby jack or cheddar)
  • 3/4 cup loosely chopped baby spinach
  • 20 slices thinly sliced deli turkey
  • 8 (8-inch) tortilla shells


Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and garlic powder until creamy.
  2. Stir in diced roasted red pepper, bacon, and shredded cheese until mixed.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on each tortilla.
  4. Layer chopped spinach and sliced turkey on top of the mixture.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly and wrap them in plastic wrap.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably 4-6 hours.
  7. Unwrap and slice each roll into 6 pieces.

Notes

These pinwheels can be made a day in advance for easier entertaining.
Experiment with your favorite cheeses or add more veggies for variety.
