- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 cup diced roasted red pepper, patted dry
- 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon
- 2/3 cup shredded cheese (colby jack or cheddar)
- 3/4 cup loosely chopped baby spinach
- 20 slices thinly sliced deli turkey
- 8 (8-inch) tortilla shells
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and garlic powder until creamy.
- Stir in diced roasted red pepper, bacon, and shredded cheese until mixed.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on each tortilla.
- Layer chopped spinach and sliced turkey on top of the mixture.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and wrap them in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably 4-6 hours.
- Unwrap and slice each roll into 6 pieces.
