- 8 oz cool whip thawed
- 20 oz pineapple chunks can use crushed
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Pour the pineapple and its juice into a large mixing bowl.
- Stir in the pistachio pudding mix (just the mix, no need to prepare it).
- Fold in the Cool Whip and add the mini marshmallows.
- Chill the mixture for at least one hour before serving.
Notes
For a little extra crunch, consider adding chopped nuts.
You can substitute crushed pineapple with small chunks for a different texture.
