- 2 cups mixed fresh berries
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons strawberry jam, divided

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the berries and sugar, gently stir, and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Place the puff pastry on the prepared baking sheet and cut it in half.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of strawberry jam down the center of each pastry sheet, then evenly divide and arrange the berries over the jam.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, dust with powdered sugar, cut, and serve.
