- 500g biscoff biscuits (finely crushed)
- 100g melted butter
- 300g condensed milk
- 200g white chocolate (topping)
- 80g biscoff spread (topping)
- extra biscoff for drizzling
- biscoff crumbs (decoration)
Instructions
- Line a 9-inch square tin with baking paper and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the finely crushed Biscoff biscuits with melted butter and condensed milk. Mix well until you achieve a thick, sticky consistency.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and press it down firmly to create an even base.
- Melt the white chocolate, then stir in the Biscoff spread until the mixture is smooth. Pour this over the biscuit base and spread evenly.
- Drizzle extra Biscoff spread on top and sprinkle with crushed Biscoff biscuit crumbs.
- Chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours until fully set, then slice into bars.
Notes
Make sure to press the biscuit mixture firmly into the tin for the best texture.
