Description

These No Bake Biscoff Bars offer an irresistible flavor that comes from creamy white chocolate, biscoff biscuits, and a sweet, thick base. Perfect for anyone looking for a quick and enjoyable homemade dessert!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 500g biscoff biscuits (finely crushed)
  • 100g melted butter
  • 300g condensed milk
  • 200g white chocolate (topping)
  • 80g biscoff spread (topping)
  • extra biscoff for drizzling
  • biscoff crumbs (decoration)


Instructions

  1. Line a 9-inch square tin with baking paper and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the finely crushed Biscoff biscuits with melted butter and condensed milk. Mix well until you achieve a thick, sticky consistency.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and press it down firmly to create an even base.
  4. Melt the white chocolate, then stir in the Biscoff spread until the mixture is smooth. Pour this over the biscuit base and spread evenly.
  5. Drizzle extra Biscoff spread on top and sprinkle with crushed Biscoff biscuit crumbs.
  6. Chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours until fully set, then slice into bars.

Notes

Make sure to press the biscuit mixture firmly into the tin for the best texture.
For a more intense flavor, add a pinch of sea salt to the white chocolate before spreading.
These bars can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
