- 20 oreo cookies crushed to crumbs
- 3 tablespoons margarine melted
- 1.5 quarts strawberry cheesecake ice cream softened
- 8 oz whipped cream cool whip
- ½ cup chocolate ice cream topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13 pan with cooking spray.
- Combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted margarine in a bowl.
- Press the Oreo mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared cake pan.
- Bake in the oven for about 7 minutes, then remove and allow to cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, mix the softened strawberry cheesecake ice cream and whipped cream until well blended.
- Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the cooled Oreo crust, then layer the ice cream mixture on top.
