- 5 cups strawberries, hulled & quartered
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2/3 cup old fashioned oats
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9" deep dish pie pan with non-stick spray.
- In a small bowl, combine old fashioned rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, sugar, salt, and cinnamon to make the crumble topping.
- Stir in melted butter until the mixture is well combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- In a large bowl, add the strawberries.
- Pour in orange juice, vanilla, sugar, and flour. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Spread the strawberry mixture evenly into the prepared pie pan.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the strawberries.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the fruit is bubbly around the edges and the topping is lightly golden brown.
Notes
For extra richness, serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
