This Waldorf Salad combines crisp apples, sweet grapes, and crunchy pecans in a creamy dressing. Perfect for a quick meal or a light side dish. Easy, fresh, and utterly delightful!
Ingredients

- 2 cups apples, diced
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup celery (diced)
- 1 cup grapes (halved)
- 1/2 cup pecan halves (roughly chopped)
- 1/2 cup whipping cream (whipped)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine diced apples with sugar and lemon juice, tossing to coat.
- Add in the diced celery, halved grapes, and roughly chopped pecans.
- In a separate large bowl, whip the cream until peaks form, then gently stir in the mayonnaise.
- Carefully fold the apple mixture into the whipped cream mixture and season with salt. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Chill for at least 1 hour or overnight before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding walnuts in place of pecans.
The salad is best served fresh but can be prepared a day in advance.
Adjust the sugar based on the sweetness of the apples.
